1. National Cadet Corps.

       The College has two NCC sub-units.

1. Senior Division Army wing Sub-unit (3/3) SD Coy. Under 6^th Odisha Bn NCC, Puri of Berhmapur Group since 1963.
2. Senior Wing Army wing sub-unit (C/2) SW Coy. Under I- Odisha Girls Bn NCC Bhubaneswar of Cuttack Group since 2003.

2. (3/3) SD Coy.    (NCC BOYS)

This Senior Division is meant for +2 & +3 Students Boys only. This company had a capacity 60 since 2003, but this is reduced to 53 strength from 2022-2023. +2 1^st yr and +3 1^st yr cadets can apply the online Google form available in college website. The selection will be held at Bn HQ PURI as per the date fixed by commanding Officer. The student will appear the selection at puri by their own expenses ie no TA is born by college Authority. Selection will be made on be the basis of physical test & written test and criteria will fix by Bn.

3. After Selection.

The selected students submit certificate from their nearest IIC of their police station. They fill up their following off-line Enrolment form.

1. Declaration on acceptance for Enrolment
2. Membership of NCC CWS Nomination Form
3. Medical Certificate form
4. Extension of Enrolment form.
5. Aadhar card photo copy
6. Passport size NCC uniform photograph without cap.

After duly signed by CO the above forms again uploaded with NCC website.

Students after getting their number they can register themselves in Online Digital Registration. Which will held them to uploaded their activity in digital forum.

4. Academic Enrolment of SD coy. NCC

There is a timetable for SD cadets either before college timetable as after college timetable to take the institutional parade class by Coy. Commander/ANO/CTO. There are 90 classes for 1^st yr NCC cadets and 105 classes for 2^nd yr NCC cadets and also 105 classes for 3^rd yr NCC cadets. NCC routine will be made as alternative day in such a way that 3 years cadets will be adjusted from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday there is a provision to provide refreshment for their parade class i.e. from Monday to Sunday.

Cadets attendance will be recorded either duly sign by cadets or finger printed by biometric machine. There is a monthly report which will be submitted by cadet in each end of month. Cadets will be promoted as L CPL, CPL, Sgt. UO, JUO, SUO, COMC etc on the basis of attendance, training, examination done by BN and ANO. And rank will be awarded by the recommendation of CO. for First year NCC cadets there is no camps. But in 3^rd yr and 2^nd yr NCC cadets there are several camps such as:

1. ATC, CATC ,TSC, RDC, NIC, ALC, BLC, AAC, etc

Camps are preferred on the basis of attendance and dedication to NCC.

The Cadets who want to avail camp they have to submit caution money as they receive the government NCC material for the camps purpose if they misuse or missed those materials this will be born from their caution money.

5. Movement of cadet to Bn

When a cadet will be selected for any Bn level camp, they must travel by their own expenses by the Guide (A.N.O.) and the TA is born by Bn after completion of  the camp and at the camp, the A.N.O. will identify the cadets before the camp commandant. Also, when the cadets will be appeared B/C exam at the Bn exam centre, the A.N.O. will identify the cadets before the presiding officer. In the same way cadets travel to the exam centre by their own expenses.

6. Receiving the NCC certificate/ caution money.

When cadets need their B/C exam certificate, they will go to Bn by the help of A.N.O’s clearance certificate (and discharge certificate). After returning all the NCC materials received by the cadets, a cadet can able to get clearance certificate and also get his caution money.
